Surface Coatings vs Gridshield;
COST : Gridshield is 35% to 65% less than painting or plating. The process is completed at the press No secondary Operations.
Surface coating requires many operations which can produce a number of quality and cost problems. Not to mention the lower shielding effectiveness. Gridshield Effectiveness- .001 Ohms point to point.
