Existing Molds at Your existing molding location.
If you are currently using surface coating for your shielding requirements , or you want to take a hands on look of how the process could provide New Light Weight Products for your customers , this is a cost effective way of evaluating both.
No changes to your molds , we will mold your shielded parts, at your location. The program will provide samples for testing as well as provide information for both your molder and your Engineering with a clear understanding of the correct way to approach production solutions .
We will design and develop the required Sample Grids and travel to your location to mold your parts. No changes to your mold are required . Below are just a few of examples of parts we molded using existing molds. Others include parts with wall thickness from .020 " to a 20" CRT enclosure , with 8 sq./ft of Grid-none on the "A" surface.
